Shipping and Receiving – Warehouse Associate
Lumino – Madison, WI 53713
Starting Salary $22.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time (38-40 hours per week)
Shift: Mixture of weekdays and one weekend day
Full-Time: Base salary is $16.00/hour plus $6.00/hour for working a minimum of 76 hours every two week pay period for a total of $22.00/hour.
Lumino is looking for a Shipping and Receiving – Warehouse team member to work in our shipping department. We are looking for a candidate that is driven, motivated, has the ability to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, has basic computer experience, and is able to use a forklift.
Shipping and Receiving – Warehouse
As a Shipping and Receiving – Warehouse team member, you will work closely with our customer service team to fulfill drapery hardware orders, use our machine to custom cut blinds, receive replenishment orders, utilize a forklift, and move boxes up to 50 pounds. Additional shipping projects will be required from time to time.
Primary Responsibilities
Fulfill and ship online orders using our machinery and shipping system.
Receive replenishment order deliveries and organize amongst existing products.
Utilize a forklift to move pallets.
Organize and clean the shipping area.
Fulfill replacement part orders.

Required
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer experience.
Previous experience using a forklift or willingness to learn.
Verbal communication skills.
Ability to efficiently and effectively work with all members of our company.
Strong work management skills.
Preferred
Previous shipping experience.
Forklift operator experience is a plus.
