About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about people operations and has a strong understanding of HR best practices. You will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration across a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for designated roles, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
Oversee and deliver a smooth and engaging virtual onboarding experience for new hires.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs and act as a liaison with insurance providers.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR standards while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist capacity.
Proven ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
