Customer Service Representative

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our shop. You’ll assist with scheduling appointments, explaining our services, processing payments, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. You will be a key player in creating a positive and inviting professional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner
Schedule consultation appointments, repair dates, follow up on pending or recommended work.
Create and manage customer records in the system
Communicate with customers with empathy and urgency
Process payments
Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; additional customer service or automotive knowledge a plus
Insurable driving record needed
1+ years of customer service experience (automotive industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic commuter skills
Automotive knowledge or a strong interest in learning about vehicle repair services
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
General computer skills & knowledge a plus
