TelaVetsWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers.

Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
answer questions from pharmacy
Provide information regarding services and products, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in training new staff on best practices in customer service and communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Able to utilize Calendly / zoom
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
