Job Title: Entry-Level Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to support our team with healthcare data and business reporting projects.
Responsibilities:
Collect and document business requirements from team members and stakeholders.
Run basic SQL queries and use Excel to analyze and validate data.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Support testing of systems and processes to make sure they meet business needs.
Help review healthcare data (costs, coding, EMR/claims) for accuracy and insights.
Work with senior analysts to improve workflows and reporting tools.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related area.
Comfortable using Excel; knowledge of SQL or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Eager to learn and grow in healthcare business analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
