We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Portland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring efficient warehouse processes that align with our mission of delivering superior service and quality. Your contributions will help us maintain our competitive edge in the auto parts distribution industry.Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking and packing orders for delivery.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse operations or related field.
Strong skills in inventory management and control.
Ability to operate equipment safely.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects as required.
