In this role, you will handle inbound client inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a seamless customer experience from the first interaction through follow-up. Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent communication.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all client interactions.
