Administrative Support Clerk Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Administrative Support Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative support clerk or similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
