We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online / Home Office Records Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing electronic records in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:

Manage and organize electronic records in a secure and efficient manner
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
Assist with data entry and document scanning as needed
Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in record-keeping practices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience working with electronic records or data management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of records management best practices
