We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual File Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining electronic records and files. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Input and maintain electronic files and records
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or file management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
