We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Hearth/HVAC distribution team. The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring efficient handling of Hearth/HVAC equipment, parts, and materials in our warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing Hearth/HVAC products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth warehouse operations to meet customer and project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Shipping

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming Hearth/HVAC materials and equipment against purchase orders.

Prepare, package, and load outgoing orders for timely delivery.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.

Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.

Material Handling

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move Hearth/HVAC products.

Organize and store Hearth/HVAC parts, tools, and supplies in designated areas.

Warehouse Operations

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Assist with staging Hearth/HVAC equipment and materials for technicians and installers.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and field teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior warehouse or material handling experience – Hearth and/or HVAC industry preferred.
Knowledge of Hearth and/or HVAC parts and equipment a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Experience with forklifts and willingness to obtain certification.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Daily computer use to place orders, receive materials, and update work orders. Applicants must be comfortable learning and using company software.
