Responsibilities
Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
Utilize software tools to track calls, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up on scheduled appointments.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage prospects during calls.
Provide feedback on call outcomes and suggest improvements to enhance appointment generation strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in using software tools for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results and contribute to team success.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
