About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Order Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client orders from placement to fulfillment, providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients while supporting our mission to improve canine health.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process, review, and track client orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders, shipping, product information, and troubleshooting.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve order issues (e.g., delays, substitutions, special requests) while maintaining a positive client experience.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and efficient order handling.
System Management: Utilize CRM, order management software, and communication tools to update order statuses, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Client Education: Provide product and service guidance, including subscription options and canine nutrition resources.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, order management, or client services (e-commerce or subscription-based business preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, order management tools, and basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Passion for dogs, pet health, or the pet industry is a strong plus.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
