Duties

Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date customer records.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer interactions effectively.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating with clients to ensure a professional experience.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
Process cash handling transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve any issues that arise.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant asset in enhancing customer interactions.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Strong typing skills coupled with excellent communication abilities are necessary for success in this role.
