We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative based in the United States only to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach. You will assist customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Assist customers with product-related questions, order tracking, and service inquiries.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and overall experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat tools is a plus.
