We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, processing, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data before and after processing, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
Maintain organized documentation and records of data processing activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on processed data.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
Follow data management protocols and confidentiality standards.
Perform regular backups and updates of data files.
Provide support for data-related inquiries and assist in training staff on data processing systems as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The pay range for this role is: 30 – 35 USD per hour(Remote (Champaign, Illinois, US))
