Escrow Support Specialist

First Merger Account Business | Remote |

Key Responsibilities:

Assist escrow officers with preparing, reviewing, and distributing escrow documents and closing statements.
Open, track, and maintain escrow files in accordance with company standards.
Manage escrow file updates and maintain accurate records in the system.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain required information.
Coordinate document signings, deliveries, and disbursements.
Handle deposits, checks, and other financial transactions according to compliance requirements.
Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries and resolving basic issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Previous experience in escrow, title, real estate, or mortgage is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow/title software systems.
