About The Role
We are looking for a diligent and organized General Office Clerk to join our Customer Support department. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing essential support to the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. This is an hourly, full-time position requiring strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist with data entry and updating customer support databases and systems.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed by the team.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, directing calls, and resolving minor issues.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain the office calendar.
Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure team needs are met.
Collaborate with team members on special projects to improve efficiency and operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email systems.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to handle confidential information.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this role is: 22 – 26 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
