Responsibilities
Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
Support employee evaluation processes through data collection, performance management documentation, and feedback coordination.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers’ compensation, and other employee perks.
Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with compliance-related tasks by monitoring OSHA standards, FMLA documentation, and affirmative action planning.
Support HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact while escalating complex matters to senior HR staff as needed.
Contribute to workforce management activities by supporting scheduling, timekeeping (Kronos or UltiPro), and payroll processing (Paychex, ADP).
Manage social media channels for HR communications and promote company culture initiatives.
Experience
Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles with exposure to human capital management practices.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro is highly preferred.
Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, and workers’ compensation procedures.
Demonstrated ability in project management and organizational design activities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
Experience with recruiting tools such as Taleo or iCIMS is advantageous.
