We are seeking a motivated and friendly Online Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various online platforms, including chat, email, and social media. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases as necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
The pay range for this role is: 28 – 30 USD per hour(Remote (Columbus, Ohio, US))
