Position Overview:
Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Industry: Customer Service- Call Center(Inbound Calls)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST or until the call queue is completed for the day
Pay: Competitive hourly rate.
Start: Available to start by 9/16
Requirements:
You must have your own computer with the following specs:
Windows PC (iOS is not compatible, No tablets, No Chromebooks)
Minimum 8GB RAM
Minimum 2.2 GHz processor
Working webcam
Ability to hardwire your computer to your internet router (Wi-Fi only is not acceptable)
High-speed internet with at least 25 MBPS upload and download speeds
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strongly preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes independently
