We are a small locally & women owned supply store in Sammamish, WA which also offers pet grooming as well. We are team of fun loving people with love of dogs and cats and passion for bringing happiness to pets. This is an owner run store, who runs the store more for her love for pets rather than as a business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate client appointments for grooming services, pet consultations, and other in-store events.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
Assist clients with rescheduling, cancellations, and service inquiries.
Document client preferences, pet details, and service histories in our scheduling software.
Collaborate with grooming staff and store management to optimize appointment availability.
Provide basic information about services, pricing, and policies.
Support customer service initiatives to ensure a positive client experience.
Escalate any complex issues or complaints to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in customer service or business administration a plus.
Previous customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred but not required (training provided).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Passion for animals and an interest in pet care services.
