Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain job information in project management software.
Verify fixture counts and process billing for various construction phases.
Process change orders and third-party billing.
Handle builder requests (e.g., COIs, W-9s, licenses).
Manage vendor agreements and contractor package paperwork.
Maintain vendor compliance on builder websites.
Assist with maintaining builder contract templates.
Coordinate with field teams to meet project deadlines.
Manage business licenses and assist with property damage claims.
Utilize builder websites to capture and track project data.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience as a Construction Project Coordinator (preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail (required)
Ability to prioritize and multitask seamlessly
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office 365 & Excel
Ability to quickly learn and master new software programs
A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures (preferred but not required)
