Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
Proven experience in sales or call center environments is a plus.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers clearly and professionally.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
