Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Email Response/Chat Specialist to join our team at FXBC Mid North Coast. As a key member of our email response team, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and understanding
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve email response processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management systems
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or email/chat response role
Experience working remotely is preferred

Pay Range: $52,000 to $63,000 per year
