We are looking for a semi-retired Licensed Master Plumber who wants to stay active in the trade without the demands of full-time fieldwork. This role focuses on mentoring, training, and supporting service technicians while leveraging your years of experience. Perfect for a professional who enjoys teaching and wants to make a lasting impact on the next generation of plumbers, as well as, those who still want some field work.
Responsibilities
Mentor and coach service technicians and apprentices on plumbing best practices.
Provide technical guidance for complex service calls and installations.
Assist with training programs, SOP development, and skill-building workshops.
Ensure quality standards and code compliance are consistently met.
Share industry knowledge, safety practices, and customer service standards.

Qualifications
Licensed Master Plumber (active or retired with license in good standing).
10+ years of plumbing field experience required.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Flexible availability (part-time, as-needed basis).
Passion for teaching and developing others.
