Milgard Windows and Doors, a proud part of MITER Brands, is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western U.S. We’re searching for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Shipper II to join our early morning crew and help keep the heartbeat of our logistics running strong.

Responsibilities:
Gather carts of windows and doors and stage them with accuracy
Confirm loads are complete, correct, and in proper delivery order
️ Secure shipments to prevent breakage and protect product integrity
Keep inventory stocked by route and track missing product
️ Use handheld scanning devices and tape measures with confidence
Collaborate in a fast-paced, safety-first warehouse environment Uphold Milgard’s core values in your work and attitude
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse setting; window manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with glass handling or product care a plus
Basic math skills including fractions and measurements
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure
Hand-eye coordination and color discernment
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 75 lbs
Comfort with prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive movements
A self-starting mindset and team-first mentality
